Timos en la compra-venta de Inmuebles
En épocas de crisis, parece ser que la gente intenta engañar más de lo que ya se hacía, aprovechándose de la necesidad de algunos y la confianza de otros.
El otro día me mandaron un correo referente a una casa en venta, y nada más leerla, me olió a chamusquina: lo he llamado el timo de la estampita versión 3, por Captain Matt Stanford. (O la variantes Captain Carl Juan Zacardi,Captain Sam Jones Nathan, o Raymond Vahan, ahora un nuevo timo con ROBERT WILLARD <robwilld@gmail.com>)
Os pongo el correo:
En primer lugar la redacción del mail me pareció sospechosa, como ocurriera en las cartas que mandan los nigerianos diciendo que te ha tocado la lotería en otro país....
Así que les respondí y esperé la respuesta, que no se hizo esperar mucho, y como sospechaba, era un timo del quince, os pongo la respuesta:
En el último correo que le mandé, me pidió datos de dirección y teléfono, (le mande los datos de la Guardia Civil de delitos Telemáticos), y me respondió pidiéndome una fotocopia del pasaporte, correo al que ya no he respondido.
Básicamente, lo que vienen a decir es que te compran lo que estás vendiendo al precio que les dices, pero que quieren hacer negocio contigo porque confían en tí....el tipo dice ser un militar norteamericano que ha hecho una gran fortuna con el petróleo afgano, y claro necesita tu ayuda para poder sacar ese dinero de donde lo tiene, y te ofrece el 30% de tropecientos millones de dolares...vamos, lo que vienen siendo el timo de la lotería nigeriana...
Una forma fácil de saber si es un timo conocido, es buscarlo en internet, "Captain Matt Stanford" este desde luego que no es nuevo:
